The Food Company - Harissa Sauce

Harissa typically is a fiery, aromatic chilli paste from North Africa. We've developed a warm, earthy spicy sauce suitable as a marinade for meats, particularly complementing lamb, or as a condiment. It can be added to couscous, soups, and pasta. An excellent finishing sauce for both vegetarian and meat dishes.

Ingredients:

Water, sugar, lemon juice, salt, food acid (260), coriander, caraway, cummin, paprika, vegetable oil, chilli, spices, vegetable gum (415).
